TOWN OF AMHERST COMPREHENSIVE PLAN/ FUTURE LAND USE REVISION AND REZONING REQUEST.
NOTICE is hereby given that on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Amherst Municipal Building, 4023 County Road Q, Amherst Junction, the Town of Amherst Board Members will hold a public hearing at which time and place all interested persons may appear and will be given an opportunity to be heard in support of or in opposition to amend the comprehensive plan for Adam Skibicki, Parcel # 006-23-1021-10.11, Western Way, Amherst
- A Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use change of:
8.86 acres, from L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use to C4 Commercial
- A rezoning of:
8.86 acres, from A3 Low Density Ag to C4 Highway Commercial
Amendments may be looked at by appointment with the town clerk.
