| NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2024 immediately following the completion | |||||
| of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2025 budget, which begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Town Hall, a | |||||
| SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS called pursuant to Section 60.12 (1)(a) of the Wis. Statues by the | |||||
| Town Board for the following purposes will be held: | |||||
| 1. To adopt the 2025 town tax levy to be collected in 2026 pursuant to Section 60(1)(a) of Wis. Statues. | |||||
| 2. To approve year 2025 highway expenditures pursuant to Section 81.01 (3) of Wis. Statues. | |||||
| Immediately following the completion of the Special Town Meeting of the Electores, a Town Board Meeting | |||||
| will be held to discuss and adopt the year 2025 Budget for the Town of Amherst. | |||||
